Candidate should be proficient in Database Management practices and should have excellent SQL skills. Candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities will include ability to design databases, identify areas of optimization and propose solutions for repeatability of the same. *Duties/Responsibilities:* · Responsible for writing stored procedures, triggers, SQL code and troubleshooting (for application support and for reporting and analytics purposes) · Work on data Acquisition, data import , data export and data management activities (involving ETL tools, BI Tools) · Perform Database Development tasks · Participating in data modeling and Software Design · Expert planning and documentation skills are a prerequisite · Collaborate with account managers to define High Level and Detailed Requirements · Responsible for estimation of work effort for projects · Assist Team Leads by working on proof of concept and prototyping activities to assess whether the proposed architecture and components meet the non-functional requirements; reliability, performance, and maintainability · Quality Control/Testing experience is plus *Educational Qualifications Desired:* Bachelor's degree with direct experience of 4-5 years Oracle/Netezza, Visio, Microstrategy, SAS EBI *Competencies and Experience Desired:* · Strong business and technical knowledge. Must be able to initiate and handle projects (along with architects). Must be able to clearly communicate the results to non-technical audiences.
