We are going to need someone with a solid C# dev background as well as Microsoft ALM and DevOps (Teamcity, Octupus, VTFS, etc) I just spoke with the client and they changed directions a bit with this role.. The role will be 80% TFS admin/dev and 20% DevOps (they are really immature in this space so it's going to be awhile before they are really doing DevOps)..
