Strong experience in configurations and customizations in SFDC 2. Expert on custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approvals, Reports and dashboards 3. Extensive experience on designing customizations that involves VisualForce and Apex (Triggers, controllers) 4. Experience in real-time integration of SFDC with Middleware / on premise application is a must 5. Ability to create technical design document 6. Experience on data migration using data loader 7. Experience in release management using change sets and ANT scripts 8.
