The following requisition has been assigned: Permanent /Contract TITLE: MSTR(Microstrategy) Sr.Developer STATUS: Open LOCATION: Edison, NJ, United States # of Openings: 1 Requisition Details: 'Job Description:- 1.Experience Level : 5yrs – 6 yrs of experience in Microstrategy. 2. Hands-on development/maintenance experience in Microstrategy 9.4, Knowledge/Experience on enterprise portal integration, mobile integration, write back to source data based on analysis by business users, alerts via mail, mobile based on pre-defined events 3. Good conceptual knowledge and working experience on meta data creation, creating report specifications, integration test planning & testing, unit test planning & testing, UAT & implementation support 4. Strong knowledge of quality processes (SDLC, Review, Test, Configuration Management, Release Management, Defect Prevention 5. Good communication skills and comfortable in interacting directly with clients 6. Knowledge on new features of the product and performance tuning 7.Gather business requirements, elicit technical requirements, prepare report specifications 8.Develop reports, cubes, dashboards, scorecards 9.Design, develop MSTR reports and integration with enterprise portals, mobile integration, write back to source data based on analysis by the business users, alerts via email, mobiles based on predefined events 10.Working knowledge on some RDBMS 11.Identify and design common functionality 12.Unit, Integration test the developed components 13.Promote components across dev, test and production environments 14.Provide UAT and Implementation support 15.Strong DW concepts 16.Strong Analysis skills 17.Experience in working with Onsite Offshore team.
