*TITLE: SFDC Business Analyst* *LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA* *DURATION: 6+ Month* *Requisition Details:* *Relevant Experience:* - Around 7+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce. - Requires understanding of Salesforce functionality and integration methods. - Ability to guide and explain Salesforce functionality to the business. - Should have experience in contract management. - Meet with the business and technical team to gather and document Salesforce enhancement business requirements. Create BRD’s (Business Requirement Documents) and NFR’s (Non-Functional Requirements). - Participant in testing to ensure requirements have been met, convert unit test scripts into business UAT scripts - Do analysis of identified business issues and provide recommendations on solutions *Desirable Qualification:* - At least 2 or more from the following 1. Salesforce.com Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator 2. Salesforce.com Certified Developer 3. Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant 4. Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant 5.
