*TITLE: Digital Business Analyst*
*LOCATION: Bartlesville, OK*
*DURATION: 6+ Month*
*Requisition Details:*
- The role requires the candidate act as a liaison among stakeholders to
elicit, analyze, specify, validate, and manage business and stakeholder
requirements in support of the Digital Marketing Program. The ideal
candidate should be a subject matter expert with regard to project
requirements lifecycle management with strong interpersonal, critical
thinking, technical writing, and team collaboration skills. Key to the
position is the strong ability to elicit requirements and document project
requirements at varying levels of detail.
*Responsibilities:*
- Work with project team to gather and document business requirements
for various digital marketing and point of sale applications.
- Assist with the translation of business requirements into documented
solution requirements.
- Manage requirements lifecycle for elicitation, documentation, and
requirements traceability.
- Coordinate and collaborate with business and technical resources to
facilitate the requirements lifecycle process.
*Required Qualifications:*
- Experience eliciting and documenting business, stakeholder, and
functional requirements, business process maps ("As-Is/To be") flows and
diagrams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent problem
solving and consulting skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills at all levels of
management
- Ability to present and explain project specific types of information
to diverse types of audiences
- Strong team building and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to function in a fast moving and rapidly evolving
environment
- Knowledge of functional decomposition models
- Familiarity with different types of Agile methodologies (SCRUM,
Iterative)
- Minimum of 5+ years of IT business systems analysis experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
*Desired:*
- IIBA Certified, PMI BA Certified
- Experience with mobile applications, digital marketing, point of sales
systems
