Business and technical level, to put framework in place for SLA’s and OLA’s. - Resource should have an ability to negotiate the logistical points to get into framework. - NIST experience is a plus. - Writing samples SOP’s, SLA’s OLA’s will need to be provided. - Recourse should have background in writing SLA’s OLA’s. examples of ones they may need to write–creation and real time delivery metrics, incident response process, specific to subsidiary , (high level process material, level of granularity to hold teams accountable to) - Worked in a technical –service driven business. Working with technical people to drive out technical requirements. - Incident response is one of the parts of team. - Must come from a security background: all security in req is a nice to have. - Focus for position not security but the ability to write/draft docs to drive out requirements with technical and business users.
