Owns and Responsible for the working of all modules/features/bugs in the application. Involve in the architecture designing sessions Responsible for the production releases Collaborate with peers to solve problems Conduct code reviews sessions and help juniors and mid level developers to improve their code Conduct code refactoring sessions and become responsible for the quality of the work. Cares about tools, processes and standards, loves technology, and always seek ways to improve themselves and their team. Take up UX integration works and front end works if required. Mentor and encourage juniors and mid level developers. Communicate with Clients effectively and replies to their mails on time. Documents and articulates ideas clearly and is not afraid to be heard. *Desired Profile:* Is an expert in Ruby with a distinguished track record of solving difficult and complex problems efficiently and elegantly. Exhibits a well-rounded understanding of the Ruby ecosystem while suggesting better approaches to solving problems. Experience in ruby on rails, javascript, HTML, CSS, Coffe Script, SASS, jQuery and other similar web technologies.
