*Primary purpose: *

*Individual will be responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading,
repairing and imaging new and existing desktop/laptop computers and
deploying and configuring mobile devices. Technician will also provide
Level 3 support and troubleshoot ticket calls, interface with customers, IT
personnel, and other departments in a large corporate environment.*

*Job related experience:*

Minimum Level: 3+ Years

*Technical Skills:*

   - Thorough understanding of Microsoft Windows – Windows 7, 8 and 10
   - Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office – 2007/2010/2013
   -  Basic understanding of PC imaging technologies (including
Microsoft Deployment
   - Thorough understanding of Ethernet based TCP/IP Networking Technologies
   - Basic understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPO) and Group Policy
   - Preferences (GPP).
   - Thorough understanding of PC hardware and peripherals. Ability to
   upgrade hardware such as RAM and hard drives in a laptop and desktop.
   -   Understanding of remote computing options such as WiFi, wireless
   broadband, VPN and Citrix.
   - Thorough understanding of migrating user data and settings to new PCs.
   - Ability to support and troubleshoot mobile devices such as I-Phones
   and I-Pads.

*Skills and Abilities:*

   -   Must be able to work independently and as a team member on multiple
   - Individual must have strong written, verbal and communication skills.
   Will need to be able to document procedures and processes and relay
   information to customers and team members.
   - Individual will also need to be self-motivated and have a strong
   willingness to learn and receive direction
   -  Must ensure complete security, confidentiality, reliability and
   integrity of corporate data, proprietary information and intellectual
