Job Description: 1. Project estimation 2. Project Proposals 3. Project Planning 4. People management 5. C2.0 Activities 6. Facing process audits 7. Co-ordinating client visits 8. Technical Assistance Description: Looking for resource to start ASAP. Major Responsibilities include project management and key user contact point for development and support for 4 key Commercial International Financial Planning, Reporting, and Analysis applications. Work with the business to define the scope, risks, schedule, training and deployment plans for the project. Gain understanding of the system to assist with process design, quickly make project decisions and manage issues resolution with the users community. Lead and participate in testing, training and deployment activities. Core Job Responsibilities . Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures . Work with multiple international business groups, functional areas and IT management to establish project goals, objectives and deliverables. . Supervise and motivate cross-functional project team of business analysts, developers, security administrators and validation analysts. . Manage hyper-care support during project deployment. . Assess the degree to which changes to scope; issues and risks will affect projects, working with department, management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution. . Develop and execute a work plan obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed. Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders. . Communicate project progress by producing project reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision support information to Project Team, Department and Division management.
