Responsible for SAP Application Maintenance and Support project activities
having expertise in OMP and integrated process Facilitates the
implementation and support of OMP solution processes, Production break fix
issues and maintenance/enhancement changes to ensure stable production
environment and enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall
performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with Onsite team members and Offshore team Lead and team for day
to day work stream operation activities and prioritize the work load as
required
Manage the work stream service management queues, SLA, backlogs for
Incidents, Problem Management , Service Tasks etc.
Create daily and weekly operation status reports. Review and ensure the
quality of work stream deliverable including the documentation, Incidents
closure, Root Cause Analysis, Change process compliance.etc.

Outside normal working hours provide oncall support for critical/high
production related issues to support business. Coordinate with cross
workstrem and client teams as required. Train/Coach OMP support team as
required


70% OMP Technical Support; Delivering Incidents and Work orders on time and
on budget, developing functional design specifications, testing of
incidents & work
orders, providing accurate status of all work items within OMP scope.

20% Offshore Coordination

10% Project Management

Knowledgeable within this OMP functional area of planning and scheduling.
Manage client and an offshore team and their workload to deliver work
orders on time and on budget and resolving incidents both against SLA's and
KPI's.

Work with Monsanto SM and also will work with Capgemini resources to train
ad support Monsanto client BA's to understand the requirements of requested
work orders and to translate these requirements into Functional Design
Specifications (FDS).

Client OMP application has been customised heavily and so there will be a
level of complexity involved. Take ownership and accountability of the OMP
scope delivery .Extends to scheduling and delivering work orders
(enhancements) on time as SLA's and KPI's are tied to on time delivery.
