*Tealeaf eCommerce Analyst*

*Title:Tealeaf eCommerce Analyst*

*Location: Washington DC*

*Duration: 6+ Months*

*Description:*

The client seeks an Tealeaf e-Commerce Analyst to join the ecommerce
inspection team. Candidate must have specific experience administering
Tealeaf CX to identify e-commerce transaction, trends and issues.
Candidate must be proficient in administering a Tealeaf environment and
building events, dashboards and extracting Tealeaf data to be consumed by
external applications.

*Required Skills:*

·        BS/BA in related discipline Computer Science, Management
Information Systems, or a related Math or Science discipline. In addition
to 5+ years of experience in any related Information Technology field. *Will
consider additional related industry experience in lieu of degree.*

·         Experience with Data Analytics / Business Intelligence solutions,
specifically Tealeaf CX and Tealeaf CX Connect for Data Analysis.

·         3 years Tealeaf CX experience, specifically Tealeaf 8.x+,
including building Hit Attributes, Events, Dashboards and Alerts.

·         3 years Tealeaf CX connect experience, with knowledge of
consuming extracts into external systems.

·         Experience with installing, configuring, and administering
Tealeaf.

·         Strong Business Intelligence and Analytics experience.

·         Strong eCommerce experience.

·         Database query development.

·         must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and
have the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management.

*Preferred Skills:*

·         Oracle or Microsoft SQL Database Administration

*Additional Provisions*

·         Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug

The client seeks a certified Splunk Architect to join the (CISO) security
operations team. *Candidate must have a Splunk Architect Certification**.*

*Note**: Resources must be onsite in Raleigh, NC. No remote work.*

*Required Skills:*

·         BS/BA in related discipline Computer Science, Management
Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a related Math or Science discipline.
In addition to 5+ years of experience in any related Information Technology
field. Will consider additional related industry experience in lieu of
degree.

·         Certified Splunk Architect

·         3+ years of Splunk Experience

·         Extensive experience with SIEM (Security Information and Event
Management) systems, and security event correlation.

·         Excellent troubleshooting skills, self-motivated, results-driven
and well organized.

·         Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and
have the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management.

*Preferred Skills:*

·         Experience in clustered Enterprise Splunk deployment

·         Expertise of proper security design philosophy.

·         Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security

·         CISSP, Security +, or related information security certification.

*Additional Provisions*

Title: *Solutions Engineering Infrastructure Architect*

Location: Irving, TX

Duration: 6+ months



*Job Description:*

The *Infrastructure Architect* will be part of a team whose role is the
design and modification of complex, multi-system environments. In this
role, the architect will identify and analyze business requirements to
integrate hardware, storage, operating systems, and connectivity solutions.
The role also involves creating and maintaining standards and patterns
development used within the Consumer infrastructure technology space. The
architect will partner with business leaders, developers, engineers, and
production support teams to provide design guidelines, impart knowledge on
technical trends and serve as a Subject Matter Expert on systems
configuration and integration, capacity planning, performance analysis and
optimization.



*Technical solutions design:*

· Develop comprehensive high level infrastructure solutions that
incorporate strategic target state architecture and standards to maximize
performance, capacity, and TCO



Infrastructure Architecture & Strategy:

· Work with senior technologists to influence and shape the strategic
infrastructure target state architecture for area of influence

· Help define and implement infrastructure standards

· Educate engineers on standards, processes, and tools



Disaster Recovery Strategy:

· Partner with the application owners to develop and update comprehensive
DR strategy across the LOB enterprise

· Work with Production teams to develop specific Disaster Recovery plans
that meet the overall strategy

· Recommend specific tools strategies, and solutions for DR solutions



Incident Consulting:

· Provide technical assistance with the most challenging issues that span
multiple systems, or show recurring trends that have not been successfully
resolved



*Qualifications:*

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

· *Minimum of 5 years of Technical Architect and/or Solutions Engineering
and Design Experience*

· *Strategic view of a broad cross section of UNIX and Windows
technologies, including database, messaging and web platforms, with a
strong focus on implementation*

· Experience in capacity planning, systems performance analysis and
optimization in a distributed client/server environment

· Technical problem-solving skills

· Strong skills in project management methodologies and tools

· Broad knowledge of various technology architectures and business platforms

· *Systems planning and engineering skills*

· Overall IT experience in a Client-Server environment, with practical
knowledge of mainframe, midrange, distributed, and desktop technologies

· *Infrastructure architecture & engineering experience, including
functional and technical requirements gathering, and solution development*

· *Broad knowledge of multiple UNIX OS platforms, and Windows-based
operating systems; deep understanding of supporting technologies in SAN,
Backup, Web, Middleware, Database, and surrounding infrastructure support
technologies*

· Advanced written and verbal communication capabilities, ability to
influence and successfully interface with executive leadership

· Broad knowledge of advanced environment monitoring & management tools,
performance modeling tools, capacity analysis tools, and other advanced
modeling and trending tools

· *Understands and can apply knowledge of Internet/Intranet technology,
eCommerce, enterprise networking, and Database to infrastructure solutions*
