On a daily basis they will be: coordinating incidents and problem tickets with the team; collaborate with distributed teams across the globe for providing seamless experience to stakeholders; responsibilities for overall release management (requirement gathering, enhancement prioritization, and maintaining applications/systems). They will also provide on-call support for the larger scale portals as needed. They will participate UDP/SOX audits and work with the security team to plan vulnerability tests and plan fixes for gaps that are identified. This team has over 60 people working offshore so the candidate will have to be open to working in an offshore model as well.
