Location: Minneapolis Minnesota

Duration: 6 + Months



*Summary*:  Need someone with solid Business Impact Change Management
experience.  Specifically, must have a good all-round process, organization
impact with Org design and general communication and stakeholder
experience. Target business process is Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
within a CPG type company.



*Hiring Manager notes:* *Client is doing a Project and they are in
Transition. The CM person should know Role Mapping, End User
Identification-Understand Process Change and Role change( systems are
changing, people will be doing more work with Data etc.)*

*This role will help prepare workshops to help understand this process and
role change before training starts.*

*They should be a Good Presenter, good communicator.*



*Specific knowledge experience and skills for position:*

   - Senior level experience in change management with particular emphasis
   on helping clients discovering true business impacts gaps between the “As
   Is” and “To Be” processes
   - CPG industry experience,
   - Food industry experience with formulation and related specifications
   is a big plus
   - Skilled at interpersonal relationships in particular to engage
   client’s managers and workers in the impacted identification and action
   determination process
   - A great deal has been documented to capture Impacts/gaps between the
   “As Is” and “To Be” processes however determining the actions required to
   remediate these impacts is largely missing
   - Experience and capability to help the business people understand the
   business process impacts to them of the design and then document those
   impacts and help the client determine, track in a project plan and assist
   with the resulting actions that need to take place prior to and post go
   live for each phase.
   - Organizational impact analysis and organizational design skills and
   experience
   - Role Mapping
   - Existing analysis and documentation on business processes,
   organization and people impacts of the SAP implementation are incomplete
   and in particular, the impacts on organizations and people are particularly
   deficient according to the client
   - Previous Insurance industry experience and with PLM systems and
   related change management work
   - General communications needs are handled by the client’s personnel,
   however we will review and assess their communications plan and are
   expected to make key recommendations to improve it going forward,
   specifically by providing BI-CM input to client as required
