Job Description:



   - Work with key stakeholders in the business to gather and document
   requirements for new business systems and business system enhancements.
   - Work jointly with the business and IT, leveraging business
   requirements to develop the functional design for new business systems and
   business system enhancements.
   - Identify problems, secure relevant information from all stakeholders,
   clarify key issues, consider alternative solutions, and take steps to solve
   the problem and prevent re-occurrence (i.e. root cause).
   - Work with all stakeholders being impacted by business system and/or
   business process changes to ensure all changes are managed back into the
   business in a way that minimizes impact to the customer.
   - As one in the unique position to help bridge the gap between IT and
   the business, provide consulting services to both IT and the business to
   help bring understanding to the intersection between, and integration of,
   business process and business applications.

ยท        On occasion, for small to large projects or projects not staffed
with a project manager, manage projects using the standard OneAmerica
Project Management Methodology.


Skills required for this role on this specific engagement:

   - Strong facilitation skills
   - Excellent communication skills
   - Complex problem solving and analytical skills
   - Experienced at working closely with developers and technical resources
   - Efficiently elicit requirements and build required project
   documentation
   - Ability to promote teamwork and build effective relationships
   - Effectively lead project based change management
   - Create current and future state process maps
   - Identify opportunities for process and system optimization
   - Manage small to medium sized projects
