*Let me know if you are interested in below requirement.* *Please send the suitable resume along with Contact Details, Current Location as soon as possible to **[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Position: Build and Release Engineer* *Location: Columbus, OH* *Duration: 6+Months* *Responsibilities * * Own and help develop operationally efficient release management processes for the Manhattan OMS and OMNI CHANNEL system.* *• Oversee and stream line release management and configuration control process; including review cross functional dependencies, risks, change management; deployment plan to improve engineering productivity and environment stability* *• Coordinate with multiple stake holders involved in all phases of release cycle to drive successful and on time deployment of production releases * *• Manage changes to the release scope and schedule using appropriate techniques in order to keep the release plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized project changes as defined in the change management plan, and facilitate customer acceptance.* *• Own OMS release plan to ensure all releases are delivered with all the functionalities promised business stakeholders* *• Coordinate with Platform Engineering in automating the release process to reduce costs, risks and time to production* *• Ensure the integrity of test and production environments* *• Quickly triage, troubleshoot, and resolve build issues as they arise* *• Willing to be on-call to support the build environment and participate 24X7 support operations as needed* *• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with minimum over sight* *• Proactively bring ideas to leadership to reduce P1 and P2 incidents due to releases and work with management to make sure they are prioritized.* *BACKGROUND * *This is part of the planned Staff Augmentation additions to OMS team. * *CORE skill sets * *• At least 3-5 years’ experience in Manhattan OMS as a Release engineer.
