- Ability to meet tight timelines
- MS Project experience

- Property and casualty insurance project experience
- Excellent leadership and team building skills
- Strong collaborator
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written, soft skills are
key
- Ability to work with all levels in the organization - ability to build
strong relationships and alliances with key stakeholders
- Strong presentation/facilitation skills
- Positive attitude and eager to learn.
- Candidates need to take initiative and be proactive with skills to
work through ambiguity.
