This list is not meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all duties and responsibilities assigned to this role.* *Knowledge, Experience and Skills: * *Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience.* *Microsoft MCSA/MCSE/MCSM certification an advantage.* *Typically has 5+ years of hands-on technical experience with enterprise-level endpoint, server, and networking related technologies.* *Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing of procedural documentation and technical specifications.* *Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.* *The Tech Services Windows Admin should have experience with at least one or more enterprise class systems and associated technologies, including: * *• Microsoft System Center, Configuration Manager 2012 R2/1607 (SCCM/ConfigMgr)* *• ConfigMgr OSD or MDT* *• WSUS* *• Application Packaging Tools (ex.
