DMAS Java Programmer Analyst - Richmond, VA - C2C

This position will serve as a senior application developer for the DMAS
Information Management Division in the design, development, and maintenance
of Java/ JEE based applications.

Solid understanding of Object Oriented Design Methodology and Design
Patterns like Singleton, Factory, Observer, Proxy, Demand, etc. is required.

Expertise in Core Java concepts, such as OOP Design, Multi-Threading,
Generics, Exception Handling, Collections, Java Reflection, Annotation is
required.

Extensive practical experience in building enterprise applications using
Java EE technologies is required.

Experience in at least one Java application framework is required.

Experience in ORM frameworks, Configuration management, Build and testing
tools is required.

Experience in application servers is desired.

Experience in IBM SOA products like IIB, ODM, WAS, WTX, MQ is a plus.

Experience in HealthCare EDI transactions is a required

Experience in HealthCare (Medicaid) is a plus.

Good understanding of relational database concepts, specifically Oracle,
and software development life cycle is required.

Strong debugging and problem solving skills is required.

Plan and complete assigned work, plan, communicate effectively orally and
in writing; motivate and work with people; quickly adapt to new technical
environments (multiple disciplines); manage multiple projects with dynamic
priorities; be equally adept at highly technical and strategic
issues/projects. Proven analytical and problem solving skills; creative

VDOT ESB Integration Architect - Richmond,VA -  C2C

A senior-level integration architect to support VDOT's move to IBM's
Integration Bus

This position is a hands-on architecture role for VDOT's effort to move
toward enterprise service bus implementation. The primary duties include:

   1.

   Lead development, implementation and maintenance of ESB
   2.

   Create Service Specifications describing the input and output interfaces
   for the service, as well as its security, editing and interface protocol
   requirements
   3.

   Lead development activities implementing solutions including developer
   setup, deployment, build and release, packaging and configuring the
   environment
   4.

   Design and develop different types of services and exposing them for all
   business domains in the SOA environment.
   5.

   Create SOA Design standards and best practices for object naming, design
   & deployments, data & content integration and production output using
   various channels
   6.

   Design services to wrap Third party software, exposing functionality to
   store/retrieve/archive/manage information in a 7. Service Oriented
   Architecture (SOA) environment
   7.

   Write and document enterprise level SOA standards, best practices and
   patterns.
   8.

   Model services describing the service layers in the desired business

Sharepoint/C# Programmer, Richmond,VA - C2C

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Information Technology
Division is seeking a SharePoint Solutions Developer. The ideal candidate
will have deep SharePoint skills and experience.

Custom solution development using either SharePoint Designer or Visual
Studio utilizing JavaScript, JQuery and CSS/HTML.

Design solutions based on established patterns and best practices around
Content Management, User Adoption, Governance and Change Management.

Design and develop apps for SharePoint that take advantage of standard web
technologies, such as CSOM, JavaScript.

Maintain, improve, integrate, and develop SharePoint solutions, including
internal and external Web sites.

Plan, lead, and execute SharePoint 2010/2013 and Web development tasks.

Support the development of technical solution documentation and training.
