Work with business stakeholders and SME's at all levels of the organization to understand BI needs and objectives. Analyze business needs and information requirements. Document use cases and requirements throughout project and service request lifecycle including reporting, dashboards, data warehouses and data marts. Develop detailed dashboard/report design specifications Define presentation layer to support self-service ad hoc reporting needs. Define & develop OBI subject areas/RPD Contribute to functional requirements definition. Leverage business intelligence toolset to deliver best solution to meet business needs in accordance with established BI strategy. Work effectively across various IT project and support teams Provide level 3 support for BI Applications. Candidate is required to accurately track work time based on project and or daily work activities according to IT department guidelines. Provide estimates, work assignment status and updates to project and functional managers. Specific types of experience required: At least 5 years of experience as a BI Analyst or BI Developer. At least 5.years of business and data analysis skills required. A minimum of 2 years interactive report and/or dashboard design and development experience required Moderate understanding of data modeling At least 2 years' experience writing Sal Proven record of Business Intelligence project delivery at previous assignments. Must have effective oral and written communication skills. Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently. A minimum of 3 years hands on experience with one or more BI products, preferably OBIEE. Moderate understanding of databases and BI platforms. At least 3 years of experience in customer support for BI applications, reporting or data warehousing. Must have excellent communication, customer service, relationship building, and negotiation skills. Should have a high energy level and enjoy working with a variety of personality types.
