Peoplesoft HCM Functional consultant 12 months Oceanport, NJ Phone/Skype hire This role is for an HCM Functional configuration consultant- specifically HR and Benefits - 9.2 is a must. Healthcare experience a BIG plus. Configuration, training, testing / test plans, Mappings, setup of foundation data, parallel testing for both HR and 3 Payrolls. Client uses : Lawson, Ultipro, Paychex, and Concur for expenses Knowledge of other modules - such as Payroll, Time and Attendance and Talent Management important from integration standpoint. *Additional Information:* • Implementation teams composition and resources need to be finalized by Aug 1st, 2016 with a start date of the 3rd / 4th week of Aug • Unified Time and Attendance approach is still being discussed ( Kronos 6.3 & ADP hosted etime/Kronos 7.1) • Decision on EDI systems (GHX vs IBM Sterling). Should BH go on GHX first and prior to the go live of FSCM system. • BH Weekly Payroll companies need to be standardized and moved to Biweekly by the end of 2016. Business has started data standardization for legacy BH HCM companies.
