Position Title: Network Consultant Location: New Albany, OH
Locals needed Please do not submit if they are not meeting criteria *Responsibilities:* - Assist in the design and deployment of company LANs, WANs, and Wireless networks, including routers, switches, and other hardware - Responsible for managing maintenance of business tasks (i.e. Incidents and Requests) - Assist in designing and implementing the global enterprise networks - Configure networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed - Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records - Network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information - Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports - On-call and after hour support as needed *Qualifications:* - 5+ years of proven experience and success with LAN / WAN, design, implementation and support - Proven experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management best practices - Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining enterprise networks, which include EIGRP & BGP routing, MPLS and QOS - Extensive, hands-on technical knowledge of network hardware, including Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, Cisco Firewalls, and Cisco Access Points - Strong technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards - Experience with F5 load balancing, Riverbed WAN Optimization and SolarWinds Management Tools - Excellent hardware troubleshooting experience - Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills - Able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required - Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language - Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail - Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities - Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment - Strong customer service orientation Thanks & Regards* . . . * Santosh *SRS Consulting Inc.* 39465 Paseo padre Pkwy., Suite 1100 Fremont, CA 94538 Direct: *510-257-2274* <510-257-2274> Fax: 510-252-0626 URL: www.srsconsultinginc.com Email : [email protected] G-talk:- ksantoshvlsi/ YIM: ksantosh.usstaffing Note: We respect your Online Privacy.
