·       7+ years of hands of experience as PeopleSoft Functional Human
Resources Lead

·       Experience in mapping client business processes to PeopleSoft
software with minimal customization

·       2+ years public sector and higher-education experience

·       Ability to manage project scope and client expectations

·       Work on all project phases including….

§  Conduct / Document Business Process Requirements

§  Facilitate Fit/Gap sessions to determine configuration and identify
potential customizations (with a goal of minimizing customizations)

§  Author functional specification documents

§  Facilitate configuration and application security decisions

§  Configure the system to meet the USG business requirements

§  Develop/document test conditions, scenarios, and scripts

§  Conduct system and integration testing

·       *Provide knowledge transfer to USG team members*

·       Functional Lead Requirements

§  Hands on Experience with:

§  Personnel Administration

§  North American Payroll
