*Title: **Project Manager* *Duration: Long Term **( Need local consultant for face to face interview )* *Location: **Minnetonka, MN.* *Job Description: * Seeking a Human Capital Project Manager to manage the implementation of UHG's new Compensation technology, business process and technology changes. This role provides subject matter expertise in project management, including including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology and tools, resource allocation and budget management. This role will partner resources from Human Capital, IT and the business as well as other third parties/vendors to deliver the project's objectives. Additionally, this person will bring strong communication skills needed to deliver project updates to leadership, manage messaging and serve as a face to the program.
