Major Responsibilities •* Install, configure, tune and support multiple IIS servers * •* Install .NET apps and configure web services on IIS servers* • Assist application, development, and testing teams • Work with vendor support to assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues (service requests and follow up) • Develop support documentation and train team members • Be available 24/7 to support MiddleWare team as needed Qualifications -- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: • *3+ years of experience in supporting ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> applications * *• 3+ years of Web Architect experience hosting IIS-based solutions * *• 3+ years working with different Windows Enterprise Server versions (Windows 2000, 2003, 2008 2012) * • Experience with *Windows and Linux *environment • Configuration of .NET apps deployed as Web services, Integration platforms, 3rd party components • Clustering at Web server level for farm deployment • Configuration of *IIS Webserver* for n-tier apps for high volume site • Performance tuning of web servers and applications hosted in IIS • Hands on technical experience in* SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008 and IIS 5,6, 7.5 *production environments • Configuration of IIS and SQL Server for ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> hosted applications on IIS • Experience with change management and automated deployments • *Minimum 2 years of PowerShell and/or VBScrip*t.
