Role :Business Analyst Location :Rhode Island Duration : 6+ months *Job description* • 3 – 5 years of successful business analysis or project management experience including writing business requirements • 3 – 5 years' experience in the software development methodology lifecycle, including business planning, data analysis, process analysis and design, business and functional requirements analysis, use case analysis, system design, development, testing, and implementation • 1 to 3 years' experience developing use cases using a software development methodology • Experience working in a data warehouse environment is a plus •Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio) • Pharmacy or Healthcare knowledge highly-desirable REQUIRED SKILLS: •Interviewing skills, to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information • Listening skills, to understand what people say and to detect what they might be hesitant to say • Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, assess risk, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements • Reasoning and decision-making skills, to determine and recommend solution alternatives that satisfy requirements while also meeting aggressive schedules and budgets •Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Visio) •Ability to function in a fast-paced environment • Previous “business intelligence” experience as well as micro strategy experience Thanks & Regards, Govind Prasad *Ubertal Inc.* 1730 S.
