*Role: **Application Release Engineer* *Location: **Weston, MA*
*Duration: 12 Months* *Can do C2C but need GC’s & USC’s* The commercial IT Organization: we have cloud and On Premise infrastructure to support the SDLC for 200 applications. At any point in time we have 20 to 30 releases planned for these applications. The cloud infrastructure includes multiple SFDC Orgs related to Veeva CRM, Service Cloud, Veeva MDM and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environment and On Premise Infrastructure includes Informatica ETL and BI environments. The Release Manager is responsible for coordinating with Project managers, Architects and Support teams to enable faster and successful releases for these applications. *Primary job responsibilities include:* *Environment Management:* · Track Inventory of all cloud and on premise environments · Track the releases in each environment, availability, refreshes of all the non-prod environments. · Communicate any environments events to stakeholders · Allocate and resolve contentions to accommodate releases scheduled. · Deployment Management: · Track Deployment and Code promotion schedules for all commercial projects · Track metrics related to deployment: Deployment Frequency, Failed Deployments, time and resourcing to recover the deployments, Deployment success rate, duration for each code promotion. · Identify Automation Opportunities, and share the implementation plan with Stakeholders · Release Management: · Streamline and standardize release management processes across commercial · Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure release processes are followed by the project teams. · Identify Release Management and Automation tools for higher quality releases · Map releases and test phases to Environments. *Qualifications:* · Overall 8 + years of technical project management experience in the areas of DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration projects. · Salesforce Admin Certified · Experience in System and Data Integrations with Informatica · Additional Requirements: · Excellent written and communication skills. · Experience presenting to senior IT and business colleagues. · Experience with Master Data Management and CRM technologies. · Consultative skills and mentality. · Good listening skills with ability to make timely well-informed decisions. · Willingness and ability to train and mentor staff. *Education:* • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Thanks & Regards *John Hiatt* *Inteletech Global Inc.* Phone: (786)-373-3988 Email: [email protected] http://inteletechglobal.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
