*Emeryville, CA - Need locals* *3 months contact* *H1b( need copy)* *US, GC, EAD(no OPT)* *Essential Job duties* - Troubleshoot & Identify solutions to JIRA and Confluence workflows, schemes, customization & configuration issues reported by end-users - Perform requirements gathering, business process workflows, and determine ways to improve the JIRA/Confluence based workflows and as-is processes & identify where functionality can/cannot meet user requests. - Lead minor and major JIRA/Confluence upgrades as well as , schedule and coordinate maintenance for systems - Develop guides and documentation for system features. Train, guide, and assist end-users in use of JIRA/Confluence - Develop metrics dashboards and advanced filters in JIRA to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports - Install, maintain and administer JIRA/Confluence add-ons, plugins, and extensions.
