Carrying out Development/upgrade/support tasks as assigned * RESPONSIBILITIES* •Liaise with business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements •Ability to perform solution design •Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers •Carrying out Development/upgrade/support tasks as assigned •Reviewing technical specs •Coordinating with the customer & offshore team to resolve queries or clarifications •Coordinating/conducting testing or release management activities •Provide support for estimations •Suggest and validate various solution options for the requirements •Provide technical leadership in the development / implementation project *QUALIFICATION* •An advanced degree (B.S. or B.E Minimum, Masters preferred) •Expertise in configuring and customizing JDA ESP and Fulfillment •Experience developing on Unix environment •Experience with Oracle databases - SQL: queries, stored procedures •Prior experience with configuration & development with JDA ESP and fulfillment. SKILL SET •Experience developing on Windows/Unix environment •Experience in Pl/Sql programming. •Experience with Oracle databases - SQL: queries, stored procedures. •Good Knowledge on JDA Fulfillment and ESP. •Strong conceptual understanding of Supplier, Manufacturer & Retailer in Supply Chain Planning. •Knowledge on various ESP modelling concepts like Resource, Production Method, Distribution Network Method, Calendars etc... •Strong conceptual understanding of Deep Tree, MAP & Linear Optimization Algorithms. •Knowledge on Master Planning concepts would be an added advantage. •Knowledge on Load planning/building concepts of Fulfillment module would be an added advantage. •Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting skills •Strong Communicator •Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, dynamic environment •Exhibit a commitment to customer service while building customer partnerships. •Knowledge on other JDA modules would be an added advantage like I2 Supply Chain Planner. •Strong consulting mindset, exceptional client Interfacing skills •Prior experience in leading implementation teams would be desirable •Prior JDA ESP and Fulfillment implementation experience in the Retail/CPG domain would be an added advantage •Knowledge on estimation techniques & presales experience would be desirable EXPERIENCE •Min. : 60 months and Max. : 120 months •36 to 60 months of experience in implementing/supporting JDA ESP and Fulfillment Will the candidate be client facing and/or working with business users?
