Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Track project milestones and deliverables. Estimate the resources. - Develop and deliver status / progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Review project deliverables for accuracy and apprise management of issues effecting project status and offers solution to solve the issues. - Provide guidance and support to team members proactively anticipating and overcoming obstacles. - Identify and address technical and organizational issues - Manage changes in project scope - Identify project risk and develop mitigating actions/strategies. - Support required recruitment, acquisitions and contracting. *SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:* - University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information systems management, or similar - In-depth knowledge and experience in managing/leading an SAP development project or its major aspects, such as roll-out, data cleanup and migration (refer to information above). - Experience in full life global SAP implementation and roll-out - Experience in project management/leading, people management, risk management and change management - 6+ years of SAP experience. * * *POSITION:2* *Role: SAP ABAP Consultant* *Duration: Long Term Contract* *Location: NY* *Start Date: Immediate* *The Senior ABAP Programmer/team lead will work under the supervision of a OneERP Technical team leader. Responsibilities will include the following:* - Develop the detailed work plan for the identified gaps in the blue printing phase, and identify the development requirements, suggest various options. - Development and sign off of technical documentation based on the functional requirements provided by the OneERP business team in the areas of Workflow and cross-application integration issues. - Development of RICEFW objects in SAP to complete the required development as per the scope of One ERP Vision project. - Development of programs and reports using ABAP, WebDynpro and Adobe forms. - Develop system enhancement framework to enable modification free enhancements. - Develop integration components to the supply CRM and ECC. - Integration of common functionality and services during the development process. - Document all completed solutions and knowledge transfer to staff members in the team. *Additional ABAP work which includes but not limited to:* - Quality assurance of other programmer*s programs; - Advise to other programmers on best practices.
