I have a new role that is a long term contract they said 6-18 months. If the person is really good, the top end will work for them. The job had been out and released before, but they changed the spec after they realized what they wanted. I am looking for a Hands On development role/ Scripting Developer – (Not manager and not architect) Location: Mclean VA first but DE will also work for location. It looks like they will hire over the phone or skype if they aren’t local. This person will program on Cisco systems- must have Cisco experience- Not looking for someone on the telephone side (all the resumes are on the telephone/network side not what they want) Avaya experience being is good, but not required. ICM Programming/Scripting- Know agent call flows and how they work CDP development – I believe they said this on the call is something that they want. Key words on Resumes to look for.
