Phone Hire QA Engineer *Consultant must have:* 1.1 Advanced knowledge and experience with application testing using a variety of methods; 1.2 Ability to understand technical specifications; 1.3 Advanced knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including requirements, analysis, design, and development and testing; 1.4 Knowledge and experience with automated scripting to perform testing; 1.5 Minimum three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in application software testing; 1.6 Experience creating software test plans and test cases, performing testing (unit, integration, user acceptance) and evaluation of processes, tools and products; 1.7 Proficiency in MS Office 365, Excel, Team Foundation Server (TFS); 1.8 Experience in participating in SCRUM teams; 1.9 Excellent written and verbal communication skills; 1.10 Ability to solve problems and have a willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges; and 1.11 Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. 2.
