Job title: Hadoop Admin Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 18 month Phone then f2f, local required. No Skype. *Description:* Most important experience is 8+ years of experience with Hadoop. Experience working with NoSQL stores such as Cassandra is extremely important. This person will be responsible for extracting/creating data from back-end call centers. *What you will do:* • Define the needs to incorporate data warehousing capabilities that accommodate data collection, storage, and management across a broad range of data types. This includes interaction data across all digital and offline channels, customer data, and business data. • Be the lead on designing the event streaming capability for Digital marketing solutions globally • Experience in integrating the event stream data with in house data sources like CRM (Salesforce), all of those applications will consume data from the hub. Experience with Kafka, Flume, Storm for ingestion. • Storyboard quantitative analyses for senior management and business partners. • Work with business sponsors and IT teams to implement analytic solutions. • Review, direct, and advise the analytical work of junior staff. • Serve as a technical expert to the digital marketing team at AIG Skills, Background and Experience • Solid solutions architect experience handling big data with at least 8+ years’ experience designing analytics solutions.
