Ability to work with offshore India team *Desired years of experience : 12 to 17 years* Education/ Certifications (Required) : BE/BTECH Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute: 1. Work with client and offshore team and provide functional expertise on Oracle EBS R12.2 ASCP and lead the ASCP track with offshore team members in the project. Primarily skill needed is Oracle ASCP. 2. Work on business process demonstration 3. Status reporting on ASCP track deliverables for the project Will the candidate be client facing and/or working with business users? Yes What is the team size, make up, culture, soft skills, and dress code, Hours? 4 onsite and 13 offshore – he will be part of onsite team reporting to onsite program manager Working hours will be US business hours + few hours for calls with India offshore team by US evening Are you open to candidates from other states who can relocate to the client site? Yes Any companies/vendors who have been able to service similar requirements in the past well within the rates and quality expectations Interview Process (Is face to face required?)
