*8+ Months* *LOCAL ONLY* *$50/-hr c2c* *Position #2: IT Applications Developer (SQL):* *Work with both Pardons and Paroles IT Project Team to develop C# web screens as designated by application requirements. The resource is expected to work within a team structure, and to independently translate business requirements to technical specifications and develop web applications and reports from those specifications.
