*Embedded Software Program Manager * *Locations: Novi MI* *The Program Manager is responsible for the overall program delivery of the Infotainment Systems specific to an individual customer. The Program Manager* *will be the primary customer contact regarding schedule and development issues. With their team they will be responsible for planning and managing the endtoend* *program. This includes not only planning the product development and testing, but the ramp up and readiness of the manufacturing plants. They will maintain a* *customer relationship and have overall ownership of the schedule, scope and budget for all of the customers’ infotainment programs.* *Job Responsibilities:* *Build* *and manage customer relationships at a release engineer and manager level* *Build* *and maintain a customer interface team to support this relationship and manage the overall program development.Responsible for evaluation, and* *development of team members.* *Ensure* *overall success and profitability of the product launch (i. e. work with Sales and Marketing to hit gross margins, introduce new features, etc). Own and* *maintain the budget, scope and program schedule.* *Manage* *program risk proactively, identify program risks and coordinate meetings with multi discipline functions to address risks before they become issues.* *Evaluate* *project management processes and metrics to track and measure project success.
