6+ month USC/GC/GC-EAD only Phone And Skype *Job Description, Required Skills, Education, Experience:* This Application Support Developer role resides within customer’s DATA Group, a team that is working on large data-driven initiatives that span the firm. This position will help support our implementation of Customer MDM using Informatica’s PowerCenter, IDQ, and MDM Hub modules. The successful candidate will work with infrastructure and middleware partners, and be a member of the project team ensuring the infrastructure is prepared, ready and installed with appropriate software. See yourself as part of a large, high-visibility program, ensuring our new product is up, stable, and helping us accurately identify our customers and their highest-quality attributes. Candidates for this position must demonstrate knowledge of and experience in validation of hardware, software installation, NPE management, and production support and debugging. Candidates must have demonstrable communication and collaboration skills and be able to work with peers in other organizations as well as application developers, the lead architect, business analysts, product owner, and professional services partners. *Preferred Skills, Education, Experience:* • Must possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience (academic or direct experience, including best practices) in the IT field • Demonstrates a solid understanding of software product lifecycles as well as how technical systems work and interact • Must be very detail oriented • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to communicate with various levels of associates in the organization • Experience estimating work, selecting and completing tasks inside of an Agile Methodology structure (Scrum or Kanban) • Experience with Informatica suite (IDQ, Address Doctor, MDM Hub).
