Duration: Longterm *Responsibilities:* - System architecture definition, application design, integration, definition and dissemination of best practices, and working with the Alfresco core and extensions - Code, test, debug, implement, document, and develop programs using Alfresco as necessary - Research & analyze information to determine, recommend and plan implementation of modifications to an existing system - Assist with the development of J2EE and Alfresco applications including software system testing and validation procedures - Assist in designing and implementing Activiti based workflow solutions - Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics tasks for application and systems and provide plans for technical implementation activities - Prepare and document application code and procedures for technical issues related to application functionality - Develop specifications and performance requirements and resolve customer problems - Provide backup to the support team for issues that go beyond the core product *Required Skills: * - Must be a US Citizen - BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience - Work Experience: Minimum 5 years required, 8+ years preferred - 7+ years related experience in a relevant consulting position - Must have at least 2 full life cycle Alfresco or other CMS implementation experience - Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences through the use of documentation and user demos - Experience with providing functional testing support and managing user acceptance testing efforts - Understanding of enterprise architecture, preferably in the context of high scale, clustered Java web applications -
