Experience implementing a Medicaid Readiness Initiative for a Health and Welfare/Human Services agency would be advantageous. - Champion sharing Agile knowledge across the organization (organizing 1-day open spaces for our agile community, or organizing cross-team workshops). - Conflict resolution, not afraid to deal with conflicts.
