*Role : RSA Archer Developer* *Work Location : Newark, NJ* *Duration of assignment (in Months) : 6-12 months* *Job Description:* *GENERAL SUMMARY:* RSA Archer platform developer with experience in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC). Business knowledge expertise & ability to understand and articulate business requirements, develop the business solution, implement the solution and provide the user training. *PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* 1. Development, Code Reviews and Unit Testing, Artifacts Documentation 2. Code Deployment and testing Support and defect fixing 3. Interface with internal customers and IT staff 4. Train and mentor junior Archer developers 5. Lead a small team of offshore developers 6. Assist with writing and developing the final design documents 7. Provide end user “demos” to demonstrate newly developed functionality *CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES:* Archer 5.x Certified and exposure to Archer 6.2, Business Process Analyst, Archer development expertise, ITIL GRC Archer platform SME to implement Prudential business requirements across the globe. Both agile and waterfall development experience. *Knowledge and Skills Requirements:* Candidates must have a minimum qualification of a primary degree in a computer related discipline. Overall experience in the GRC domain should be 2 years or more and should have experience in the majority of the following technologies and applications: RSA Archer 5.x developer SQL Database (Query, Restore & take backups) Microsoft IIS (basic understanding) Microsoft .net / Java (basic to moderate level scripting) *Role Responsibilities:* Work with a team to develop Prudential’s IT GRC capabilities through development of the RSA Archer solution: • Work with teams to produce accurate key operational metrics for IT assessments • Supply recommendations and subject matter expertise for the development of the Archer platform • Oversee and integrate multiple data feeds into the Archer platform • Team with data analysts to develop eGRC dashboards and produce key information for executive and leadership reporting and decision making • Oversee external vendors and consultants on global delivery and implementation teams which impact Archer efforts • Provide guidance on implementing business objectives through the Archer tool • The ability to handle multiple, concurrent tasks and to be able to re-prioritize quickly • Resourceful and self-sufficient, ability to work independently, and propose creative solutions • The ability to build business relationships and effectively engage with stakeholders • Strong written and verbal skills in English *THE FOLLOWING PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES ARE ESSENTIAL:* 1. Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field Minimum 4 years 2. Professional experience in Audit, risk management, governance, IT security and / or compliance function a plus 3.
