*F2F interview.* *Local consultants only!* *Rate is $45 on c2c.* *10910 - Business Analyst* *– Tallahassee, FL* *Start Date*: ASAP *Estimated Duration*: 12 months with possibility of extension *Type: *Contract *Remote or Onsite: *On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work. *Responsibilities *include but are not limited to the following: - Develop a work plan outlining all business areas where detail analysis will be conducted and for which process, data and security documentation will be produced; - Develop a nutrient management plan to include: procedures for accounting for all sources of nutrients applied in the operation, including fertilizer, biosolids and other nutrient-containing materials whether or not regulated as fertilizer; - Develop a nutrient management plan to procedures sufficient to document the location, content, rate, method of application and timing of all nutrient applications; - Develop crop- and site-specific nutrient recommended rates (such as IFAS recommended rates); - Provide calculation of fertilization rates based on recommended rates; - Develop a data model and data dictionary; - Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and metrics for evaluating and reporting program area performance relative to key processes; - Identify and document security requirements to be applied to any solution. *Requirements:* - Experience in performing business analyses on projects (5+ years); - Experiences in conducting meetings with individuals and groups of people to discuss business processes with technical (IT) staff; - Experiences in “grouping together” access requirements into security roles; - Experiences in translating the information from meetings and written materials into process models and/or process flow models; - Experiences in identifying processes needing further “de-composition” to identify the requirements associated with the process; - Experiences in developing data models including recognition when data is not in third normal form; - Experience with Joint Application Development (JAD) techniques; - Experience in the use of Microsoft Visio for creating the process model diagrams (preferred).
