*Duration: Long Term* *Rate: $50.00/hr on C2C* *Must be US Citizen* *Role Overview:* This BSA role is a key member within the Federal IT Team. This individual will work as a business systems analyst in the Account To Report (ATR) lifecycle under the direction of the ATR Product Owner. Working with an offshore development team, technical leads and business system analysts, candidate will be responsible for soliciting and understanding requirements, *authoring functional designs and initiating technical designs for Thomson Reuters OneSource (Sabrix) and Oracle e-business suite (EBS). The ATR lifecycle includes Tax, Revenue Recognition, Intercompany, Cost Accounting and many other areas of Accounting and Finance.* Functional knowledge of these areas required and actual accounting experience preferred in one or more of these areas. This individual would be a professional staff member, who works well in a team environment, is knowledgeable about the core functions of the company, easily accessible to all levels of staff and management and is customer focused. This person will operate as a liaison between technical personnel and end-users. On an ongoing basis, analyzes, develops, and documents business requirements and translates those requirements into system solutions to solve business issues or needs.
