Currently a Websphere portal and will be implementing new technologies. Experience with Hibernate 5+ years experienced with J2EE architecture design and development, involving EJBs and Web Services (Rest Web Services a plus) Experience with GWT a plus but not required Experience with Spring framework. 5+ Years Java/J2EE design & development experience. Experienced with Struts / Struts 2 Insurance industry experience a plus but not required Experience must include multi-tier application architecture and design including OOAD, SOA, relational databases, web services, LDAP, and security integration. Understanding of object-oriented design, re-use, and component-based development. Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills are required. Ability to work well with both business and I/T customers.
