*Oracle HRMS IT Analyst/PM*


The primary focus of the IT Analyst/PM is to provide functional and
technical leadership in the evaluation, analysis, design, support and
coordination of enterprise-wide Oracle HRMS software.
Ø This position is hands-on and requires strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS,
around Workforce Management, Compensation & Benefits. Primary Modules
involved are Core HRMS, Employee/Manager Self Service, Absence Management,
OTL, Payroll and Benefits Interfaces, Workflow, Approvals Management.
Ø Will serve as an IT point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and
act as a Liaison between Business and Offshore Development/Support teams.
Ø Ability to elicit/understand/evaluate business requirements and write
clear functional specifications and solution design documents.
Ø Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems related to the above
application modules.
Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and data.
Multi-Task between different environments in fast paced environment, multi
time zones.

*Business Architect*


Need Functional Analyst/Business architect who has experience with
Salesforce and is interested in learning Gainsight. Responsible for
translating requirements and executing configuration, data structure from
source system, and conducting demos. Very client facing role.
