*Oracle HRMS IT Analyst/PM* *SAN FRANCISCO CA* The primary focus of the IT Analyst/PM is to provide functional and technical leadership in the evaluation, analysis, design, support and coordination of enterprise-wide Oracle HRMS software. Ø This position is hands-on and requires strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS, around Workforce Management, Compensation & Benefits. Primary Modules involved are Core HRMS, Employee/Manager Self Service, Absence Management, OTL, Payroll and Benefits Interfaces, Workflow, Approvals Management. Ø Will serve as an IT point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and act as a Liaison between Business and Offshore Development/Support teams. Ø Ability to elicit/understand/evaluate business requirements and write clear functional specifications and solution design documents. Ø Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems related to the above application modules. Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and data.
