As the Lead, you will define test bed configurations, create complex test scripts for performance automation, integrate test tool sets and develop automated test suites to perform Web Services, EJB, and JMS testing via LoadRunner, a Mercury HP product or a another performance test tool from iTKO called LISA. You will perform database verifications using SQL queries to modify and validate test data, you will formulate test plans including systems analysis, risk analysis, writing and plotting test strategies and determine how to report test results and defects. You provide hands-on leadership to project architects, create the necessary SDLC test artifacts, and you will work collaboratively with other teams to coordinate testing efforts across different divisions.
