The candidate should also have experience Visual Studio 2005/2008, C#, ASP.NET, web services, WCF, XML, XML schema design, XSLT, WSDL, WSE, SQLServer, WF, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Oracle, PL/SQL, Windows Server 2003, IIS, Microsoft Enterprise Library, C++, UML.
