Expertise in establishing specifications of complex development
environments.
Experience in the establishment of enterprise development environment.
Experience of all aspects of SDLC in heterogeneous environments.
Experience in J2EE Development.
Experience of Enterprise Java application servers and environment.
Experience of JDBC connectivity from Application server to Microsoft SQL
Server databases.
Experience in configuration management, including continuous
build/integration, testing lifecycle and application deployment, versioning
and automated rollback.
Experience of SSL.
Experience in J2EE application deployment.
Ability to work with diverse groups and work within the team environment.
Ability to communicate complex ideas and subjects accurately, clearly and
concisely.
Ability to transfer knowledge to developers and functional teams.
Experience in the development of project documentation (functional
specifications, technical specifications, test plans, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Work with application teams to understand, document, define development
processes, code, and maintain applications in their environment.
Work with system teams to deliver specific upgrades and enhancements to Java
based applications.
Work with application teams to establish a roadmap for a new comprehensive
app/dev service delivery environment.
Provide consulting to DSIT in terms of deploying and offering
Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) and cloud computing to its clients.
Maintain documentation of all steps taken during the engagement.
Assist in the design of new functionality as additional requirements are
identified by customers.
