Sr. ETL Designer : 12-15 yrs of experience as a Sr ETL Designer in enterprise level data warehouse environment; Responsibilities include providing expert guidance to the ETL Competency with all ETL activities; Validating the overall design before and after build/construct phase; providing enterprise integration solutions addressing Scalability, Performance tuning, Application Monitoring, Error Handling and Audit Tracking; handling complex data formats using AB INITIO Normalize and denormalize components; Performance Tuning using different tools; creating logical data models; validating data quality, data acquisition, and data profiles; On-boarding enterprise level new applications to the framework; working closely with the dispersed ETL development teams (onsite & offshore); leading a multi-vendor involved high performing team; Communicating with offshore team leads; Business user savvy; Excellent interpersonal skills; team player. ETL Technical Lead: 10-12 years of experience as a Team Lead of an enterprise level data warehouse environment; Responsibilities include leading a team of high performing technical ETL resources; working closely with the dispersed ETL development teams (onsite & offshore); Strong leadership skills in leading, mentoring, clearly communicating with onsite and offshore teams; Must be able to establish strong relationship with the client teams.
