Job Title: CARES (Client Automated Resource & Eligibility System) *Testing Specialist/ QA Specialist* Job Description: *MUST HAVE GOVT. Agency exp like Human Services , Welfare, Housing etc* � Designs, develops, implements and maintains test processes. Completes specifications for new products. � Responsible for validating and verifying that the system is operating in accordance with the system requirements and design specifications. � Performs complex testing including integration, systems testing to maintain the credibility/viability of the system. � Writes test plans for all levels of testing.
