3+ years systems administration experience managing enterprise MS Windows
environments
* 1+ years in a production operations role supporting SaaS offerings
* Skills required include Windows Server / IIS
* SQL Database
* Scripting / Tool Smith (WMI, Powershell, Batch, .NET)
* Large Scale Systems / Clustering / Load Balancing / Storage Arrays
* Real-time and long-term performance monitoring
* Excellent troubleshooting capabilities
* Must possess ability to work effectively and efficiently in a
cross-functional environment
* Unix/Linux administration a plus
* ITIL Certification a plus
* B.S. Computer Science degree (or equivalent) required
* Knowledge of systems and internet security a strong plus
